The properties he owns and/or is mortgaged:
1) He is just finishing up basically rebuilding a large house in Baton Rouge. I can't call it renovation because he did so much to it, raised the ceilings crazy high like a ski resort, updated everything to the most expensive appliances and fixtures. He buys only the best. Moved walls, reconfigured, you name it.
2)Then he has his river house. He bought the lot next door to it and was landscaping, going to extend the seawall deck and put in another larger boat storage/launch. That work really had not begun when I left but he had re-tiled the pool and hot tub with very small glass tiles with a special glimmering finish. In a few spots on the bottom of the pool and on side he put a few Asphaltbabe designs(the triangles) and Landon Collins's Jersey number #21.
3) As many of you know he has a lot lot of boats, polaris, and toys
4) Owns the office building at 4825 Jamestown
5) Owns Denham Yard on Montrose which is a very significant piece of land.
So for you all asking if he is bankrupt as he states-NO!!!

At the end of 2019 he had 15 million in open payables. Blue Cross reached out to him and said if he signed a contract to pay them completely back they would pay employees medical bills through the end of December. He refused saying he was broke.
So his loyal employees got screwed yet this has not stopped him from traveling or living his best life!

That is correct. He also has the local troop A do alot of fundraising and events that Kelly "sponsors" which he is about 20k behind on as well
