Besides the whole…. Have to create a user profile and attach a method of payment which leaves a paper trail and says “hey, xyz got a ride from our Uber at 12:30 and got dropped off right around the corner from the shooting”

When we drove to the beach on Ash Wednesday the I-10 shooting happened minutes before we passed through. NOPD cruisers were racing past us. It was surreal because we were just talking about the I-10 shootings and one literally happened that moment.
