Mystery of deceased man with no identity: Possible ties to LA

In 2018 a hiker known as Mostly Harmless was discovered dead in his tent on a south Florida campground. At the time of death he weighed just 83 pounds; nothing poor related to his health was found during the autopsy except for obvious malnutrition. What is odd about this case is there are plenty of pictures of the guy, but nobody has identified him. Hikers have said that he told them he was born/from Louisiana.
