I got snipped because I felt I didn’t want to have any more chirruns with her or anyone else. We talked about it and figured why make her take the pills much longer. Done, kaput, no overtime for me.

I was in the same position as you. 3 kids, wife "libido" issues. Got the snip. Divorced a few years later. Your marriage issues aren't because of birth control. I remember thinking "what was the point of the vasectomy if we're still not having sex often?"

It’s pretty simple: I don’t want to have any more kids and I don’t want to use contraceptives forever. This board is very immature at times.
