They are all different. My wife's first pregnancy was awesome. Other than feeling sick (not to the point of vomiting) the first trimester, she was a joy to be around.
This current one is a little rougher (probably because a small child is now in the mix), but it's just something you have to expect, prepare for, and deal with. The second one (if you go that route) will be worse for you because when your wife is feeling like shite, you can't just roll out for a bit, unless you want to take a kid with you.

This, I can stress how fun this is. I had to talk a buddy of mine off the ledge the other day. Said he couldn't do it because he felt like the baby was in the room. I looked at him really dumbfounded.

It only gets worse once the baby is born and if she breastfeeds, you will come to hate the term "I need to go pump" because it will always happen when the baby is freaking out or she wants so alone time. My wife can pump for an hour or ten minutes and have the exact same amount of milk.
