Hell, you can't custom build anywhere now. Not unless you have a year to wait. You can't even buy furniture. We bought a couch in December. Delivered in May.

It's not a wise practice because your ATM card is not protected by FDIC like a credit card is. If someone steals your ATM info and starts emptying your bank account the bank has no obligation to reimburse you for those lost funds.
You do you though. Maybe this is the reason your wife doesn't trust you with her card.

Sometimes that backfires. She waill say, "good, you can take me out to eat." GREAT! There went $70-100.
