Be a man and step the frick up. He’s mature and old enough to have sex; he’s mature and old enough to accept the consequences that come with it. He doesn’t have to marry her, but he needs to be a father. He needs to finish school, get a job and take care of his kids. He can join the Navy if he wants to, but if he runs, he’s a dead beat little bitch.

Right the the “advice” of decide if you want to be in the child’s life (a child he created) is a BS piece of advice.

If it's a fwb type of thing, definitely get a paternity test. Paternity fraud is a lot more common than people think.

In my experience, I should have married the frick buddy and not the gf.

Let's be honest.

The girl who got pregnant is probably thinking she's trapped with a loser.

Your step son sounds like a POS. I hope the girl finds someone who wants those kids in his life.

Dude she already has a kid and the father is in prison.

frick all of that. I’d want to join the navy, get as far away as possible, and bang Thai hookers too.

Man up. Take care of your kids. I'm adopted and MAY have found out who my real dad is because of the matches with half brothers and sisters in Ancestry. Imagine their surprise knowing they had a half-brother. He's been dead for over seventeen years though. No clue who the mom is. It sucks having to live with that your whole life.

And you believe that?

Some weak arse kid who knocked up a lady and doesnt want to be a father wouldn't be high on the list of telling the truth.

“Frick buddy”? This is the equivalent of thinking there is a “free lunch”. You didn’t teach him any reality? Or where you one of those dads who where proud you “boy was out slaying the punanay”.

Abort him. He sounds like a real POS.
Great job of raising him to only care if he can escape paying for his children. What about raising and caring for them? You are the reason this world we live in is so screwed up.

Tell him to buckle down and start on a good career path. He needs to become an engineer, lawyer, doctor, etc so he can raise these kids. What degree is he (presumably) about to graduate with?

ain't going to read the completed thread, however, on page 12 someone (quoting u I believe) said that she is a former Golden Girl...you had better hope to hell she don't retain Jill Craft as her attorney.

Well if they’re same gender identical twins she should have no problem giving at least one of them up. No point in having two of the same kid.

Looks like we have a winner in the most thoughtful and caring response category.

He is considering maybe joining the Navy once he graduates. I think he's really looking for a way to not have to pay child support

If he thinks going into the military will get him off the hook he is sadly mistaken. I had a buddy who had a one night with this girl and she wasn't sure who the father was tracked him down a year after the child was born and he had to take a DNA test and he was the father. Finance made him put all his bills on allotment and they worked out back child support payments and he ended up getting paid 17 dollars a month for 6 months until he was caught up. The military does not play with Child Support.
