They have an answering message that says they are in the office 1 hour per week from 1-2 PM on Wednesday, you cant leave a message and says if you have an issue to call your local emergency room. So if I needed contacts from them I would have to wait until that window to call and if they weren't in stock a week to pick them up.

Mine was really good about returning emails and messages and I ordered contacts off their website and had them shipped to my house.

You people are hooked on these eye prescriptions. Anyone saying glasses/contacts aren't addictive need only to look at this board and see the multiple threads a day with people looking for their next prescription.

Wearing glasses or contacts is the first step toward deadly marijuana addiction, amirite?

Is it a coincidence that the marijuana movement used an "eye disease" as the trojan horse to start the entire legalization push?

I got the same song and dance from mine. Called up Wal Mart and just got a year supply shipped to my doorstep in three days.

Completely addictive. I could see fine, maybe not read small road signs, prior to glasses. Now, I can't see shite, 2 years later. Completely, dependent on glasses. Eyes don't fall apart that fast, on their own.

It's a racket. You have to go cold turkey. Some people say wearing an eye patch on one eye helps lessen the withdrawals but it's just a crutch in my opinion. Headaches and blurry vision are the worst symptoms but if you can make it a few months without giving in the headaches start to fade. I havn't worn glasses or contacts in 15 years.

Did you have a prescription that was less than 6 months old? I may have just made this up, but I thought you couldn't get contacts/glasses without a prescription check up within 6 months

I got sucked in to pass the DMV eye test. If I start my day without them, I can go the whole day. Yes, it feels funny, and a few headaches, but I can manage. If I put them on, I am done.

Birth is the 1 thing all addictions have in common.

As of today, zero human clones are addicts of anything.

Perhaps this is the real abortion issue being kept hidden from us all. The fight to abort every baby conceived is an attempt to cure addictions! This is why people protest to make abortion available in every K-12 School and on every street corner.
