Android Auto/Apple Car Play will make satellite radio as obsolete as terrestrial radio.

My problem is that my phone is owned by my business, and streaming eats up too much data.

I can live without this shite.

I'm in the same boat. I just cut off my XM because they have a lot of dead spots in areas I often drive in. I figured any new car would come with satellite radio capability though..

With Pandora, Spotify, Google Play Music, Amazon Music and others, XM will go bye bye like just like what is happening to cable today.

When you're in Sisterfrick, Alabama, don't have a cell signal, and all you can find on the radio is religious programming and country and western, you'll blow a hobo for some Sirius/XM.

Just download Sirius App sign up for this service with Sirius and listen via Blue Tooth. This is how I listen to Sirius in my office where I cannot run a antenna through my phone via app.

Or 300/yr. Or 70/yr. It all depends on how badly you want it.

I don't use Sirius for music, more for sports and news.

XM kicks arse

They are doing well as a company.

So you bought the call and then noticed this? If it was such a big deal why didn't you ask or test drive?

A better option would be to learn how to use the apps you already have and download a playlist or two for offline playing before you head over to Sisterfrick. Why do you visit such a place is the better question, though I guess the name would make it obvious.

...or I could just have content from outer space available and not have to do any of that before hand. I can have space music for less per day than it would cost for Sally Struthers to feed a poor African child.

Sometimes I have to go to Sisterfrick for work.
