My iPhone knows where I’m going at any particular time.

Being a creature of habit, I drive to the same places at close to the same time each day, or every other day. Every Monday I drive to Baton Rouge. I’ve noticed that my iPhone X has figured me out and pops up a message when I get in my car, telling me how long my drive will be to the location it knows I’m going, based on the time and day of the week. If I vary my routine, will my phone freak out, or maybe take over my car and get me back on track? These phones are getting spooky.

You can turn that off in the settings.

They still track you in a less creepy not in your face kind of way

I get a new burner every 3 or 4 days. It's not with me long enough to figure out my habits.

Turn off “Frequent Locations”.

Like someone else said, they still track you, just not as in your face.

Set a pattern where you drive the same place multiple times. Go to Home Depot and a shovel, duct tape and several bags of lime. Make sure to pay with credit card.

My iPhone tells me how far I am from my house every time I get in my truck. I’m in and out of my truck all day.

Uh, no. You DO NOT want to piss your phone off... They have emotions.
