Nope.

Still married.

Eventually ended up getting the gastric sleeve.

Weight loss is relative and it means absolutely nothing if you don't say how much you weighed before hand.

20 lbs is a massive accomplishment and took incredible discipline for someone looking to go from 175 to 155 in even a year.

If you're 400 lbs and you only lose 20 lbs in 3 months, that mean's you're not motivated.

I would've left her in a heartbeat. Probably a shitty marriage if she blatantly disrespects him like that.

I've gone from 216 to 182 from September to this morning. Mainly just from not drinking heavy beers every day during the week.

Why is anyone scoffing at him losing 20 lbs in 2 years if he's at a healthy weight now? Sounds like he made small changes that added up over time, a great example of how long-term weight loss is done and maintained.

At least the wife recognises she's being a dolt and hopefully she fixes her attitude and does what the husband does.

Probably because statistically speaking you're talking to mostly fatasses here that have never lost weight so they think it's a linear process.

if he was mostly fat I could see it taking the 2 years especially if he was taking on muscle mass in the process that he never developed before

20 lbs of fat over a 2 year period while putting on pounds of muscle in the process I dont think is that far off if he was never much of a gym rat

edit: just saw the dudes body pic...a bit smaller and not as cut as I would have thought

I weigh 5 lbs less today than I did 20 years ago. I looked good then and like shite now. The same weight over time can also be two separate things. F aging.

I have a wife, and three of my kids are girls. That description fits none of them. That is a ridiculous sexist statement

My guess is that YOU have had poor success with women, and you blame them instead of the real culprit.

Do you really believe that all, or even most women, are like that? I’m sure that there are some that would apply to, but your post is written as though all women are like that.

I mean the guy may have not been a fatty to begin with. He may have just been a guy who was 190 with a slight beer gut and ate like shite.

Probably put on some muscle too? Drop 50 pounds in fat and put on 30 pounds in muscle?

I did the same thing, diet and working out, lost 5 inches in waist size, but weight only dropped 10 pounds, due to increased muscle mass.

You should aim to put on a few lbs of muscle. It will do wonders for your metabolism.
