Let out the air

Seriously I’m on heart meds and BP meds and I’m not a fatty. I have a genetic heart defect and an irregular heart beat. Doesn’t affect my sex live. It makes me get tired easier when doing strenuous activities but I just take a quick water break and then I’m back in the game.
