So she’d get more for being your girlfriend than if she married you? Spouses in LA are only entitled to half the assets earned after marriage, not half of everything you own the day you get married.

This is dumb.

I can understand when women attack guys for refusing to marry.
It's in their best interest.
But it's creepy & cringe when married men attack guys that choose to not marry.
They drank all of the Beta Kool-Aid.

Im not a lawyer but I think you get to keep most of what you have going into the marriage. Depends though

That's easier said than done, talk to an attorney.
Accidentally put married money into a "before marriage account" and it's now polluted.

If you have no interest in marriage, why keep a chick around long enough that they start thinking marriage is on the table? Surely you aren’t so stupid that you had no idea this was coming, right? Seems like a dick move.

Tell her, in an unthinking moment, you married a waitress from Tulsa who refuses to divorce you.

Tell her you were stone drunk that night, but someday you might get free (stranger things have happened) and you would promise to give her first refusal before asking anyone else if the Tulsa girl should ever decide to leave you or should she die.

I mean dude, if you have no intention of getting married. Just say that from the beginning. Don't string her along for no reason.

I got the same talk 31 years ago.
I took option A and got married.
Still married.
