Go ahead and tell the fiance what we all know. That you two have been gay lovers the whole time.

1. Cut all means of communication with the ex
2. Do not announce on social media. Wait 30 days then quietly change your status
3. Get him drunk til he pisses himself
4. If he's 30+ take him to Cadillac Cafe. Younger than 30....Fred's

Did she say why she was moving on?

In your opinion is she worth any grief? It is hard to provide proper answers with no pics and precious little information.

Maybe you could come visit your thread and give a few details without having to pry them out of you.

Tell him they lasted longer than you thought... And since you said you were going to be his best man... Say look on the bright side.. I don't have to write a speech.

No reason at all?

and maybe she didn't want to spend the rest of her life with someone that doesn't drink at least occasionally. Those people are usually suspect

Color me doubtful that your friend (Mr. Smallcox) doesn't know why she bailed.

My fiancé dumped me in June. After two and a half years, she up and dumped me one morning with no real rhyme or reason aside from she just wasn't ready to commit. All I can tell you is that keep him away from liquor and hang out with him often because I made sure to be around friends quite a bit. I mean, I don't know how well he's doing now but like others have said, be there for him to talk and vent. Also, it'll be difficult but try not to stir any little things because those are the hardest to deal with. Whether it be a song they liked, a movie, food, whatever, try to steer clear of those as best as possible.

Fiancée unless your friend is gay. Then it's fiancé.

You should talk to a therapist about your history:

There's a common theme here. All of the girls that are leaving are fiances.

Why are they not wives already?

She gave a reason but it was too embarrassing to tell to his buddy imo

Leads me to think she cheated

Well I think our thing was that we're both semi-young. I was 24 and she was 20 when I proposed, so I feel like she said yes because she loved me but in the end, just really wasn't ready to commit.
