yep, nasty stuff is going around. Me, my wife and both daughters (no pics) all came down with something last month that was a bitch to get over. Now our 5 year old has pneumonia, scary stuff.

To help that, take two fingers, put them above your jaw hinge where the top of your ears connect to your head.
Press firmly and drag down in front of your ears, then behind your jaw and underneath toward the bottom of your chin.
You’ll feel stuff draining down your throat 2-3 time.
Repeat a few times a day. It may help.

The gf has an awful sinus infection going on 6 days now. Meds finally helping and it's drying up. Ears, throat, nose, head all been hurting and fricked up.

My GF and I both got the crud after Thanksgiving and I still have a lingering cough. Bad stuff!

shite blew through our house about a month ago. Thankfully it cleared up before my kids' exams. Lots of Dimetapp Cold and Cough (or Cold and Allergy) and Tylenol Severe Cold and lost of fluids and rest.

I got symptoms on Thursday but I am pretty certain my sinus infection is allergy related. I have a really good immune system from vitamin consumption but allergies are my Achilles heel. Otherwise I usually never get sick so as soon as the symptoms start, I know right away what's going on. I start the Allegra to thwart future worsening, then it is a matter of riding out the infection or getting some anti-biotics to help. Frustrating though.

I started taking Mucinex about 3 weeks ago and that did not work.
Went to doc last week, they gave zpak and Prednisone. Yesterday was my last dose. Still feel like crap.
Took son the day after to doc. They gave him same thing.
Wife starting to feel ill the last few days too.
They didn't say what it was, but gave those meds to prevent any pneumonia.
Will probably call doc back on Monday for myself and wife now.

I don’t know a single family who doesn’t have someone sick. My family is on our third week of someone sick with either pink eye or congestion.
My youngest has RSV, bronchitis, and suffered a ferible serizure earlier this week. Been a great start to winter and looks to only get worse.
