No it's an hour long class, half on the treadmill, half in the gym/water rowers. Interval training and it's heart rate monitored. I used to work out at Planet Fitness during lunch but swapped to this a couple months ago and get a far better workout than I would ever do on my own. I burn between 850-1050 calories in an hour everyday.

Went from 20 a month at PF to 130 a month at Orange Theory but it's worth the price increase for me.

Yea I was apprehensive to say the least. The plus is it motivates me to get my arse in the gym 4-5 days a week and not make excuses.

In addition the amount of hot women that work out there is insane.

I bet, plus it gets you out of the house. I did and still do a lot of my workouts at home. Couple that with not eating out as much, and you almost become sort of a hermit. Sounds like you got a good thing going.

No doubt, especially when you work from home.

I did dumbell squats this morning

What kind of dumbbell squats do you do? I have started doing a lot of high rep sumo and goblet squats. Sets of 20. I love high rep leg work. Absolutely brutal.
