Is that your ex-wife's house?

Your group gets rewarded for 10th place. We are all equal.

They gave out lighters for coming in 2nd place back in 1954? That is when it started. Now everybody gets a trophy.

Nice finds with the records and koozies. Thank you for posting.

I thought gen z was the only generation to celebrate losing. Apparently, it all started with the boomers. Like everything else that's wrong in this country.
The Olympics have been doing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for centuries.

And the boomers invented the Olympics, so it makes sense.

The Seiko is neat, even if it's not working. It's a Bell-matic, an automatic alarm watch. Before you list it as non-functional I'd make sure you're setting it correctly. I'm not 100% sure but i think the crown is used to wind the alarm and the watch itself is wound only by motion.

It won’t even let me set the time. This watch needs a complete overhaul.

My Estate Sale Finds Today 6/2 by theantiquetiger
I don’t know how much I spent on each item because she just looked at my box and said $50 for all.
So basically I paid less than $2 each per item (26 items for $50)
Nice set of stuff for $50. Are you an eBayer, or is this just stuff you wanted for a great deal?

I just looked up the Stevie Ray Vaughan picture disc. That thing brings really good money, $80+
That is definitely the pick of the litter among the records.
The trick is to figure out if the records are original pressings, especially for 50's and 60's records.

I chuckled at the super non-descript zippo lighter that just says "2nd place, '53-'54"

Can you post a picture of the case back of the Seiko?

Funny thing is first place was a trophy. Everyone wanted that zippo.

Well, maybe it was the 50s

Good job! I had one of those "Firefighter" model cars when I was a kid.
Are these from "professional" estate sales? Do they typically haggle? I've been to a couple just looking for interesting stuff. Never considered haggling.
