I don't have the words but to say I'm sorry for all of y'alls loses. I'm fortunate that my old man is still with me and I'm calling him on the way home. Tomorrow I'm going to get a check up.

Same thing happened to my brother, they caught it before he had a heart attack.

Have yourself looked at.

If he was that young, it may be something genetic.

When the pain moved to my dad's shoulder blade, he decided it may be a good idea to go to the hospital. Thank God he decided to go get it checked out instead of just laying down and taking it.

This. It doesn't matter if you're only 20, get checked out.

Glad they could resolve his issue!

Got a call from my Favorite Aunt this morning. My 1st cousin, 6 months younger than me, is dying from massive stroke. No hope for survival.

He was the clean living one. Never smoked, drank, or did drugs, married his childhood sweetheart (talking like together since 5th grade, they maybe had 1-2 dates with anyone else their entire lives) his eldest child a Senior in HS this year.

One just never knows. Spend some time with your loved ones while ya can people!

Good. My dad died of a heart attack when he was 59. I had a heart attack at 44.

OP, good to hear they saved him. He will need your help around the house for some time doing yard work. He will need to check back to the doctors for some time. Got a family member that has gone thru this. After about a year, they had to go back in for another stint. All good again.
