These aren’t coincidences. It just shows that God can even use the heathens here to do his work in the world. Glad they found your brother. All of this happened for a reason and he will be able to help many others down the road by making his mess into a message. No shame. Just another major life learning experience to create a course correction.

Been following this for months hoping for an update, and my mind is blown. I watched the video, and my heart is bleeding for your brother. He’s clearly a thoughtful and intelligent person. I’m praying for him and you. God truly does work in mysterious ways.

We all want the what’s best for Colin and yourself and hope he can get all and any help he needs.
It’s gonna be a tough road, I’m not gonna lie. But it is possible and Colin seems so genuine and honest that he should have a good shot at moving past this part of his life. There can be something really amazing on the other side of his uphill battle.
As someone who suffered abuse from an addict parent, he doesn’t have to be defined by what happened to him. When your brother spoke about his son, you could almost feel his emotions. He loves his son and wants to be a dad that his son can be proud of, and he can still be that! He is young and not yet broken!

I also wanted to post this to show just how awesome of a person LSUEnvy is. There was a reward for info to find colin and my family wanted to at least send him a little thank you gift/card etc and this was his response.

You’re more than welcome and glad I could be of some help. Like others have said watching Colin you can tell he’s a good person who had some bad breaks. At some point we all need some help. The best gift any of us could get is for him to be back with family.

I would 100% hang flyers there bc if drugs are potentially involved maybe somebody there has some answers. If there's any chance he's there, I know there is a YouTube channel of a guy that interviews random people there you may be able to reach out to and put him on the lookout

Just got done watching the video. Crazy how someone so well educated can have the wheels fall off so bad. Glad you located your brother, but to get him truly back again without relapsing will be an even bigger challenge. You might have to have a watcher over him 24/7 to avoid him relapsing as he’s been ingrained to get high for so long that I just don’t know if his brain can be reset to normal life ever again.
