It’s not about his brother, it’s because someone like a coworker on here could go search his entire post history and potentially dig up what big titted blondes he likes or what inappropriate comments he made about something political.
Back on topic, drugs are one thing. But why would he not get a new phone or touch base with family? Something only OP can answer

I’m not trying to be callous, but aren’t you worried that maybe he harmed himself and or OD’ed at this new place he was moving in to?
He was supposed to move in on 22nd, the day of accident. StAyed at friend place for 3-4 days. So where was he staying the 26-1st?

I don't think there is any way he could afford that area of Redondo working at HT Grill. He had to have been moving in with someone.

This is what prompted me to filed the missing person case. There was no communication and no information from people that saw him last. And again, he didn’t give an address and Avenue A which is where he was supposed to be moving to is a long street, and I posted flyers all over it. And I still don’t understand where the narcotics part of the citation is coming from?

It’s not likely he OD’d. The chances of him not being found dead are slim to none a this point. It’s been long enough.
To me it’s more likely he’s on a bender and ashamed deep down and hiding from friends and family.

The time & date was cross referenced to the Hermosa PD police reports which cites someone being arrested for narcotics at the same time / day

L.A. is a big area where people disappear for years.
This guy went missing in Hermosa Beach in 2016 and still nothing.

I remembered hearing about this story as it happened and this thread brought up memories of it. The brother has been to Hermosa Beach numerous times looking for his brother.

Maybe this was already covered but any chance he left town with someone? Maybe “moving” meant getting the away from there. Maybe headed south to Mexico? Did he have a passport? I think there is a way to see if he’s used it. My BIL is border patrol, if you think its a possibility he crossed the border I can ask him to check it out.
