UPDATE: Armed robbery suspect shot dead, 4 shot in critical condition. No officers injured.
At least 4 people in critical condition. Canal Street completely shut down.

Misleading title is misleading. Put Ave. in there if you mean Ave. instead of making it sound like the university.

Appears to have occurred near the Joy Theatre, no where near Tulane, but near Tulane Medical.
