If you were being honest, along with the rest of the responsible black community, you'd acknowledge this fact and take serious action to turn things around.
Not everything is racist. I live in the area so I'd love to see it get turned around. I'm just the wrong skin color to call it out publicly. So, will you be the honest broker?

Black AND white trash are ruining every medium to major sized city in America, it's not just BR. But yes, most people recognize that BR black culture is one of the worst examples of how bad things have gotten in modern society. The rap culture/drug culture/gun culture is absurd in BR, even when compared to other violent cities, BR stands out as one of the most shocking.

You're not wrong, but in the interest of fairness, this also needs to be said: black people have no faith in the systems we have. They have no hope for the education system, they believe that rich whites are conspiring to hold them back financially, and that hopelessness and lack of faith is toxic for the mind frame that so many poor blacks have in BR.
Democrat LBJ's Great Society set in motion the decades to follow that would ultimately destroy the black nuclear family and black society financially. They never recovered from what the Democrats did to them, setting up future generations for lives of welfare and poverty. Things are just as bad now as they were in the 80's for black America, and it's because of the failures of the Democrat party and the War on Drugs which has been a huge failure. Honestly, there's plenty of blame to go around between Democrats and RINOs alike when it comes to welfare, the War on Drugs, illegal immigration, and identity politics, all of which have contributed to the deteriorating conditions of modern America and black society as a whole.
