All the more reason to stay away from the parades from now on. There are no more "good neighborhoods" in BR. The thugs have been given the green light to move about at will.
BRPD is absolutely useless under SWB and Pawl.

Buddy heard it from his house nearby, said it was minimum of 20 shots. 4 shot and 2 dead, according to my sauces. Certainly was targeted. Probably Pluckers crowd.

People often contribute the death of the mall to Amazon and other online retailers. I actually believe it’s due to people not wanting to be around the trash that often accumulates in malls.
