You can accomplish the same thing with Fireshot, grabbing either the entire page, or a portion of it.

Sucks. Paint is one of the few software things microsoft did well. Snipping tool is great but obviously limited.

You should have just screen clipped.... It lets you select whatever image on the screen and saves it as an image file. This tool is already installed with Windows
