These things are usually done by collaboration. There probably is no one "inventor"

Well, he published a paper with others in 1989 on the Cationic liposome-mediated RNA transfection. From what I can tell, it was an important contribution to the study RNA in what, over time through the work of others, became the science and technology of mRNA vaccines.
So, it appears he was a contributor to the development of the science that ultimately led to the vaccines, but he is far from the inventor.
Most credit Dr. Kariko with the creation of the technology that most directly is used in the mRNA vaccines.

more qualified to have that title.

Only because they're on your political side of the argument.

I cite them because they are largely credited with the breakthroughs that resulted in the mRNA vaccine technology and hold the us patents that were licensed to create the vaccines.

Vaccine promoters are part of a weird religion and they don't even realize it. The data can stare them straight in the face yet they will argue with you. Science is showing that the vaccinated areas are having outbreaks.

What are their stances on the vaccine? Have they come out against what Malone is saying?

Yeah this dude is a quack.
He is a legitimate scientist, but he's definitely posting a lot of tendentious stuff. Once a scientist starts spinning he loses the scientific mantle.

Two vaccinated parents, daughter with PCR positive delta variant. Me and the wife are testing daily, still negative, never had covid before so no antibodies. Our immune systems must be off the charts or the vaccine is working on us

Or it was never really as deadly as the media was making it out to be. What's the mortality rate?

People use whatever data they need to make their case on both sides
