What’s the mortality rate in these areas? Nobody wants to talk about that anymore, just the infection rate.
Thank you.
If people are still dying at a really low rate, why the hand-wringing?

Why is the vaccine necessary then?
Posted on 7/19/21 at 8:59 am to mtntiger
Because anti-vaxxers now care about cases instead of deaths/hospitalizations, which is the complete opposite to how they treated COVID before. Whatever it takes to justify their decision.

Covid-19 isn’t going to make the human population extinct, so I guess it isn’t necessary for humanity to continue. It is helpful at preventing sickness and death, though.

What? To prevent disease, hospitalizations and deaths. Are you trolling?

But it doesn't prevent it? Your circular logic doesn't make sense.

I dont know and I really dont care if he's the inventor or not....I cant find anything that says he isnt.....
So if you say he's not the inventor then I'll take your word for it

I'm not using circular logic. You just aren't using any.
It prevents it, just not 100% of the time. Just like condoms, seat belts, parachutes, etc. There will always be breakthrough cases.
The more the population is vaccinated, the better.

He can't prove otherwise, he's just gonna try to focus on his lack of credential rather than what's being said. They can't separate the message from the messenger. They're too invested in trusting the "science."

It does seem like a lot of vaccinated people are coming down with COVID. Whether they are symptomatic is unclear? I know a few vaccinated folks who have recently come down with minor cases of Covid. I know that doesn’t really mean much but it does seem to say that as long as hospitalizations remain manageable then we really have nothing to concern ourselves with.

quote:Well, he published a paper with others in 1989 on the Cationic liposome-mediated RNA transfection. From what I can tell, it was an important contribution to the study RNA in what, over time through the work of others, became the science and technology of mRNA vaccines.
So if you say he's not the inventor then I'll take your word for it
So, it appears he was a contributor to the development of the science that ultimately led to the vaccines, but he is far from the inventor.
Most credit Dr. Kariko with the creation of the technology that most directly is used in the mRNA vaccines.
