The best part of Tinder and Bumble is that you can now use them without a Facebook account. Not sure if it's any less invasive, but it's at least nice to not have to have a facebook.

I see this going poorly, especially since relationships between people aren’t necessarily defined well on there.

For instance, there isn’t a setting for “crazy ex-lesbian whom I politely ignore if possible” or “good friend’s hoe-bag bestie.”

I cannot even begin to imagine all the elderly folk that fill out this information. Your widowed grandmother/grandfather will be inundated with bots and viruses.

Old people cannot tell what is real or fake on facebook.

People used to Facebook to find dates before apps did it for them. What’s very common is divorced people (and still married) reconnecting with first loves.

Sweet, just more net to cast. So easy to get laid in your 30s. I'm digging it.

I reconnected with that cute 9th grader from the cross town high school that I always wondered about. She turned out to be vile, fat, and bipolar. Meanwhile my college sweetheart isn't on social media

In BR, it’s basically the same people on every dating platform. I was amazed by the repeats when friends would show me their options. Very small pond/cesspool.

Maybe it will be better than POF which really is fishing in a cesspool or so a friend has told me.

Pretty much.

BR has a large proportion of married people past their early 20s.

Past then, you are sorting through the same rejects, divorcees, and single parents.

Don’t have her full name at the moment but she would be in the cougar range right now with probably teenaged kids.

I don’t think mental cases with a tongue barbell age well anyway.
