Will it out accelerate that motorcycle? I know it would beat the motorcycle on a tight track.

Motorcycles just can't compare to automobiles in terms of overall performance. A roadgoing vehicle needs at least four contact points with the ground to be stable about the roll axis. A vehicle that's not stable about the roll axis will fall on its side at relatively low cornering speeds. There are other drawbacks to racing a motorcycle, which can be worked around, but a vehicle that rolls over when turning fast is just not fast in any real sense.
