People say being a mom is a full-time job, right? Wrong. It is actually the equivalent of two and half full-time jobs

quote:

After analyzing their weekly schedules, researchers said the average mom regularly worked 14-hour days.

The average mom started at 6:23 a.m. and ended the day at 8:31 p.m., with only 1.7 hours of free time in between.

I had to take care of my sick kid for 4 days without my wife a few months back and I will never talk shite about single moms anymore, no matter how annoying some are on Facebook.

Women are more patient than men when it comes to their children.

Thanks for sharing. My kids don’t wake up until 7:15AM and I handle bedtime starting at 7:30PM.

Going to show my wife this article and tell her how easy her life is.

A toddler is like having a drunk teenager in your house 24/7.

J is starting to challenge authority.
16 months and already at it. Stands up on a chair or couch, we tell him to sit on his butt, he gets this big shite-eating grin on his face and waits to see what we're gonna do about it. Little turd.

Did you talk a lot of shite about single moms prior to that?

No not really, just never sympathized and thought they should stop whining so much.

If you can’t handle me at my worst you don’t deserve me at my best

My 3 kids from 3 different dads are my WORLD.

Blaxxon, Da’Kweerie and Brieghlynnsley mean everything to me.

Get yourself a babysitter. We are in town for easter weekend and going to brunch hard on mimosas.

You need to get that under control now. Don't wait until he's 3,4,5,6, 18, 25.

Now.

I’d love to have those days back and get to experience them growing up again. You blink and those days are gone.

I raised kids by myself. 6:23 to 8:31 with1.7 hours free time? I’d have given my left nut for that schedule. That’s easy street compared to what I put in.

No we're nipping that in the bud. He's a sweet kid so it doesn't take much, he's just being a toddler and learning where the limits are.
