315, 1 rep I had a year long goal of 3 plates. Never came close to attempting again. Now, 10 yrs later, I’m weak as shite and could maybe hit 245 for 1 on a great day

I'm 25 now. I had 3 USPA junior powerlifting comps between ages 22 and 24. shite form I hit 425 at about 230lbs. Best comp lift was 405 at 210lbs. I've had one shoulder surgery since then and another on the diff shoulder next year. SO important to keep tight elbows. Most pull-ups the right way, 10.

375 in college.

Now I'm old, but I can out pull-up anyone here. And no, I don't mean the pull ups the cross fit folks do. I mean real ones.

I benched 315 twelve times - 165 pounds at the time

Never could hit a true Max though - afraid to hurt my joints

I rep max like 355

Its higher than that now. I just don’t have a reason to max. Hit 335 x 6 for working sets this week. I’d probably say max now is around 385

252.5 in college. I weighed 170 and still do. (I'm 61 now). Might get 205 now with a running start.

540. Goal was to get to 600. After doing 540, I wasn’t comfortable going to 600.

225 once. Ripped my rotator cuff in 4 places as well as my labrum where the bicep attached.

I could never get a lot of size or strength in my chest for some reason but my legs, arms, and shoulders were never a problem. After shoulder surgery though, I havent picked up a weight since. That was 6 or 7 years ago I guess.

250 in high school.

From what I read here, most of you press a minimum of 500lbs.

290, but at the time only weighed 138. Upper body was strong, but struggled with lower body gains.

I did powerlifting in high school and at the 181 (I think) weight class I did 315 for the meet but failed on my 325. I did hit 325 in work outs though. But the bar started coming down a little on me during the meet and that prevented me from getting it.

I did reps with 315, I think about 7. It was on a decline bench. I think similar reps on a flat bench. This was mid to late 1980’s.
I only do dumbbells now. I see those young guys pushing that impressive weight around today and I remember what’s it’s like to be young.
