Worked for Patterson Pipe Inspection in Morgan City for a few summers cleaning/inspecting drill pipe and casing. Drifting pipe and cleaning that shite along with the thread protectors during June-August was miserable. No cover, no A/C, drilling mud, Varsol, etc. Physically demanding as well as nasty.
Otherwise, loading hay in fields all day is the most demanding thing I've had to fool with.

I worked in flooring and the lumber department in my time at Lowe's while in college, and the lazy appliance assholes never wanted to load their shite either. I dreaded the first warm days of spring working a Saturday morning in the lumber department. I got in trouble for giving the quickcrete pallets away because I was not about to unload 80 bags of quickcrete because some cheap arse did not want to pay the 5 dollars for the pallet.

Christmas Tree carrier in highschool or driving cars off rail carts. It wasn't the driving so much as setting up the 200+ lb tire bridges between carts.

FedEx driver during law school. I was a fit mofo. Not only did I drive, I also worked the cans. Days were brutal but fast. I'd go back.

I worked in a plant nursery in high school and that use to kick my butt.

I also worked for a moving company in college and some of those moves were pretty damning.

Installing sprinkler systems and they only gave me a trenching shovel and a pick axe. Never got to use the trencher

Forestry was hard as frick some days. I'd just get back to the truck and fall asleep

Concrete sawcutting and demo- jackhammers, chippers, core drilling, etc.

Pretty sure I have permanent callouses from my work from 6-6 everyday. It also paid for college, so that helps.
