One of the Dakotas.

You are on the right track but it's definitely North Dakota.

SD can at least lay claim to Mt. Rushmore, the Black Hills and the Badlands.

Glen Campbell, Floyd Kramer, and Charlie Rich say that’s not nice. Johnny Cash, Levon Helm, and Albert King say go frick yourself.

Do you even Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Grand Teton?

The Hole and GT might as well be in Utah they aren't representative of Wyoming.

Jackson Hole does have some legendary runs but is stupid crowded when the powder is deep. I would rather ski Alta for knee-deep powder.

I figured they were trolling and ignored it. No clue how anyone could think that.

What about Utah? We could do without all the Mormons.

You’ve clearly never been to Utah

Lots of gorgeous scenery year round.

Mighty 5 National Parks
Skiing in winter (Sundance, Park City, etc).

It’s a huge playground for those that love the outdoors

I've been to all of those.

Kansas is my choice

That's where i was kind of landing too. Oklahoma and nebraska were also considerations.

Oklahoma really contributes nothing and if it were to disappear, the incessant droning of their gd fight song would also go away.

Connecticut or Rhode Island today.

I know they played large roles on the founding of this country but today I’m unsure of what they are know for

They have more electoral college votes than Alaska, Delaware, District of Columbia, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont or Wyoming.

On of the original 13 colonies and the first to renounce allegiance to the British Crown.

The Rhode Island textile industry was basically the hub of the Industrial Revolution. You may have heard of a company called Berkshire-Hathaway. That humongous international conglomerate started out as a little textile manufacturer in Cumberland, RI.

Existential philosophy takes the edge off waiting for Belmont vs Murray.

we are called to love. Love your neighbor as you do you.
But who loves at all?
Did you love yourself today?
I most easily love luscious women who smile back.

Same here. Somewhere in the Wind River Range.

I'd love a cabin or small ranch in the Pinedale area.

These threads are always good for a laugh or two when the hillbillies who have never been west of the Great Plains start shitting on WY, MT, and ID.

Yeah, but they’re not. They’re in Wyoming. What about Yellowstone NP? What about some of the best big game hunting in the country?

Sure, Snowbird/Alta are great places to ski. Jackson Hole is killer year round, with access to untold beauty.

You’re being obtuse.

BTW, I nominate Ohio, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas and N. Dakota. Hell, LA/MS/AL could be in the running.
