I have a 2018 Honda Pioneer 700 - 4 that has less than 1000 miles on it. Haven’t gotten to the second scheduled service on it yet and it’s 5 years old.
I’m going to do the service on it anyway this spring. It needs it.

Not the most expensive...but probably the coolest.
I've got a 1972 Gibson J-160E (a little newer version than what John Lennon used to play). It is a great playing guitar, but it has been at least 2 years since I pulled it out of the case.
Whenever I play, I will almost always pull out my Martin DM.

Dirt Bike. Honda CRF 450r. Four wheeler has been sitting a couple years. Turnaround schedules pretty much kept me working the best time of year to use them. Everything is paid for , so screw it. I will just keep ‘em. A bunch of guns (lost in a boating accident) . I don’t even go in the woods anymore. I hangout at the camp cook and drink. No big loss.

Since others are mentioning cars as well. Today is the first time in over 3 weeks that I've driven my Lexus'03 LX470. I love it...but it's hard on gas, and I am reluctant to put a ton of miles on it, so I drive one of my other cars instead.

A flyfishing property in the mountains. I used to live to trout fish. I have been twice in 5 years.

Wife. Doesn’t work and fails to understand my asks most of the time.

Of the 16 fishing reels I own, 14 of them. This doesn't include a $1100 saltwater fly rod setup and $200-$300 worth of saltwater flies that I have used twice in six years. I've even got a gotdamm $11 bottle of something that makes fly line float. I knock the little 1/2 ounce bottle of the shite around in a drawer each time I open said drawer to find one of a dozen pair of $8 (hopefully non scratched) cheaters I own and need to tie off a lure.

I have three bass guitars and play two of them almost daily. I keep a Fender Rumble 200 Amp in the living room next to my recliner. I bought my youngest son a set of electronic drums for christmas and my oldest son (8) a short scale bass. I've been teaching them everyday since Christmas. I am also in a Band so I must play constantly.
One thing I rarely use is a 5,000 dollar road bike. Got into cycling back in 2018 and at my peak I was riding 200 miles a week. Kids got older and interested in music and fishing so something had to go. One of these days I will take the bike back out though.

I have two expensive bikes. I have a buddy that had around 14 bicycles at one time. He was single with no kids so he kinda went crazy. lol

M3. When I first bought it, it was my daily driver. I got an old beater Accord for a commuter car, so now the M3 sits in the garage under a cover. I drive it less than once a month and that's literally just to run it and keep the gas from going bad.

Most of the $200,000 ski boats docked on the nearby lake seem to collect cobwebs all but 1-2 days per year.
You should see the boats that just sit in a lift all year long here. $200k is the boathouse and lift they sit in.

You'd really have to be into skiing to pay that much for a ski boat.. I know some of the newer model Nautiques can go for that which is crazy to me..
Hell, I want a new Bass Cat, and the one I want is close to 50K... Crazy.. But I can ski behind it...

None.
I’m not a hoarder.
Or maybe I’m just poor.

I’m also struggling to come up with anything that would qualify.

I get tired of people telling me this. "You should start playing again. It's a shame you don't play anymore."
frick off. I have zero motivation. If that changes, I'll pick it back up. But for now, there's a million things I'd rather do.
I probably have about 12k in gear. I'm currently letting a friend borrow a vintage tweed Champ. So at least it's being enjoyed.
