Pulling a trailer with a stick, and getting started on an uphill slope...
I had an old Jeep that I would pull my boat with, launching was always stressful

trailer, parallel parking is so easy now with back up cameras, even if you have a big arse excursion. And i learned how to drive on a stick, wasnt that hard.

The only way to stow the boat was to come all the way from the street backwards.

Life skill acquired.

Bingo. That is my dead-end narrow arse street (no cul-de-sac), my house last on the left and my boat in the driveway circled in yellow.

Have to back it in the whole way from that nearest cross street on the left. Tough going when people are actually parked ON our narrow little street.

Backing in a boat trailer with no boat on it that you can't see is the most difficult. Especially if its a small trailer.

I used to have a 36' trailer. The only way I could get it in my side lot is backing it down 2 blocks of an alley.

Honestly super easy since it was a long trailer. I've had way more issues backing down my waverunner.

I don’t understand why parallel parking is tough for so many folks
its annoying having to do it in a city like Philadelphia

Almost no one can drive a stick well.
