Looks like their exec team is more Hispanic than black.

Weird. I know several black families that own homes, with loans from Chase, Capital One, GMFS, etc.
Looks like this outfit is a "make loans then package and resell" them outfit, usually after the first or second payment. Nothing can go wrong there!!
