I went electric and start at 6:30 am. It’s hot and i’m trying to get it done with. My electric blower is louder than my mower.

There are no rules. Don’t live right on top of your neighbors if you don’t want to hear them cut their grass. I don’t think I’ve ever been disturbed by what time the neighbors cut theirs

Whatever time that says "sunrise" on the weather app. I will also fire up my chainsaw or leaf blower as a warning call that the mowing is about to commence. Who doesn't like hear the maniacal scream of a 65cc chainsaw first thing in the morning?

Ain't nobody trying to mow the grass after the sun has had all day to heat the atmosphere and the heat index is 115 degrees.

I’m not giving my neighbor too much shite if he needs to mow his grass early given we’re seeing 105-110 heat index right now.

Our guy usually cuts it on the weekend in early evening when it cools off a bit.

I also use electric in a few places, and it is VERY quiet. Much quieter than the trash truck that passes at 6 am

I would like to start at 5 AM but I'm afraid of that pesky Dew will rust out my deck and blades.

If they lazy asses aren’t at work at 6:30am that’s their own fault and you’re doing them a favor.

My next door neighbor is a respiratory therapist and works all night. No way i’m going to be a disrespectful dick and cut grass early.

No damn rules. I live outside of the city and not in one your prison like subdivisions. I fly my flag high, burn a fire when I want to pee in the yard just for the hell of it and cut grass when I want.

Truth

Regrettably stayed up till 12am playing MLB the Show last night. Did not set an alarm today (its my off week). Kid still woke me up at 6:15am.

Cannot remember the last time I slept past 7

Just checked and the humidity is somehow below 50%. Thinking about cranking it up right now.
