I think it is highly ironic that people are getting cancelled for using a form of the N word that is ingrained into them from emulating the black people that they know, watch on TV and cinema, listen to in music, and look up to, thereby making these same black people millionaires and heroes.

It may have started as a way to score points in politics several years ago.

"My opponent should apologize to the [fill in blank; hard-working people/decent Christians/single mothers, etc.]of this country who he insulted when he said _____."

Then the reporters ask, "Senator, will you apologize for your statement that ____?"

Pretty soon, every Tom, Dick, and Harriet are demanding apologies for the slightest thing they disagree with.

If a guy says something about a political/social issue I think is dumb/wrong, I disagree and may henceforth consider him an a-hole, but I'm not going to cry about it and demand he apologize to America. What good is a fake-arse forced apology?
