and was about to call OP a liar because that is impossible.
Question: isn't "speeding in excess of maximum limits" redundant? Exceeding the maximum allowable IS the definition of speeding is it not?
I say 5.8 rating. I gave her an extra 0.4 because that type of crazy eyes screams "I do butt stuff"
