Not a very apt simile.
Yo people on TD who use the word apt and brag about their HS’s academic prowess got way too much soy in their system.

Jesuit has build a program around obtaining NMS status for its students 10 to 15 years ago. It is a system. CHS is playing catch up.

Add swimming, tennis and golf. I’m a Newman grad and we’re the smaller school equivalent in the country club sports. Only title Newman hasn’t won is football. Calvary Baptist will continue that tradition.

St Paul's is better than both.
FYI: Idgaf, I'm public school. It's just funny seeing a bunch of grown men fight about two private all boys schools.
If we're doing this though isn't Newman the best school in New Orleans?

I would’ve been a National Merit Semifinalist if I had been in the 5-year honors program at Jesuit and had teachers like McGannon. Instead, I was in the 4-year normal program and had teachers like Ray Coates.

Jesuit Rugby has won three state titles in a row and they send kids to universities all over the world to play. They also think football players are soft.
