wonder if they parked at Perlis, otherwise parking in that neighborhood is tough.
I think the answer to this is moats (castle style)
if it was a Tulane kid, they would rob their buddy who slings pot he ships in from CO, and make off with $10k in cash and $25k in grass while only dealing with two stoned jewish kids.

NOLA reminds me of Gotham City. Damn.

Meanwhile the mayor is on his way to the airport to catch a flight out of town.

If the actual hill was robbed....the culprit is Carmen Sandiego.

New Orleans is such a shite hole. Atachafalaya, Patois, Milan Lounge, and now Monkey Hill... Best advice I could give anyone is to GTFO of New Orleans or stay away if you aren't living there.

I used to feel bad about voting for Nagin a second time. Not anymore.

how could anyone fix the problem? This is about to become the norm in the uptown area. These guys know they can easily get away with it now. There's never security at places like this.

That will change at the places that can afford it. Those that can't are rolling the dice.

Does Finn's have good security?
If not keep your finger on the trigger and out of some broad. Stay frosty, glass.

How much money can theses guys actually make hitting places like this? If they only walked away with $500 that won't last very long split 3 ways.

Nope. Would be an easy target. I'm usually there in the morning when the thugs are sleeping.

Security detail for an officer is going to cost $25-$35 per hour per officer.
Your drinks and dinner prices just went up.
Mitch needs to at least make a statement. He can't keep pretending there is a serious problem under his watch.

Lilette and Bouligny Tavern could be a two for one deal.

Mitch DGAF. He's worried about Confederate statues and keeping himself off of house arrest

What's he going to do hire hundreds of officers over night? He'll just release another vague statement how this won't be tolerated, all resources will be spent, etc.
