When I saw the thread title, I wondered how Monkey Hill got robbed - how do you rob a mound of dirt? Maybe someone robbed some kids playing on Monkey Hill. Then I read the OP and realized that I'm too old.

A bar just so happens to be a safe haven for criminals due to conceal carriers not being able to do so in such an establishment. If I were in the robbing business, I'd look for places like this.

I'd say its closer to 90-93%. 99.9 is ridiculous.

Well yeah, it's certainly more accurate than thinking that 99% of black people in New Orleans commit crimes. Some of you need to take a statistics course.
