After reading some of the court documentations (because I have nothing better to do) the good news is, a judge hasn't signed off on anything except temporary orders, which are totally normal during a custody battle.
The issue the father is having is the funds needing to fight her in court. If he doesn't have money, he can't respond, therefore losing his son and the mother can do whatever the heck she wants.
I would hope to think no judge would ever allow the mother to win this battle. The poor dad is just broke and trying to fight her.

If you think that counseling can make somebody not trans, then by default you think counseling can turn somebody trans. That's just retarded.

We are going to face a serious mental health epidemic in the coming years. If you thought mass shootings were happening too often, let’s see how these people grow up who were sterilized because their parents wanted to be the “cool inclusive” parents.

No need to post that though. The kids didn’t ask for this. She has. I really hope there are a few people outside of her office informing the unfortunate parents that take their kids to her that she tortures and mutilates her own kid. She is uniquely unqualified to oversee kids health, and I hope she’s run out of business.

Oh I do, because I can not imagine the parents in DFW would be thrilled knowing what she does with her own kids. Publicity would run her out of business.

If it came to a point where my 8 year old kid was going to be chemically castrated, and there was nothing I could legally do about it, that option would absolutely be on the table for me.

We all knew who the gay boys were from a young age. They were the ones playing hop scotch with the girls while the rest of the straight boys were playing football. If trannys are anything like the gays they know from very early on.

I Never said anything about counseling making somebody trans or not trans, as if I was implying sending someone to one of those bible thumping camps they used to send gay kids to try to turn straight.

It's certainly possible. I went to elementary school school with a guy named Ronrico Williams. From day one, we could tell he was a girl. While we played football, he jumped rope with the girls, etc. I found out on Facebook that he now lives as a female.
I'm not saying I'm sure the mom is right, but it sounds like some of you would rather your kid have severe mental health issues and possibly commit suicide, than admit he or she might have a brain that's built a little differently than yours. That's sad.

I totally agree. If anything, I think it makes her look even crazier. She has 4 kids and only has a photo with James on there. I find it odd.
