Yea, that lady is apiece of shite. Maybe offer to help your child's friend instead of calling the fricking cops.

There's probably more to the story than this one incident. The article said this isn't the first time the kid has gotten out

That is bad parental decision making.

Since you know the entire story, what other options did she have?

Look at this picture. It's not like she was watching 4 toddlers. Only 2 of the kids probably needed constant supervision. Such BS.

Langley said he believed the boy was "wandering naked in a thunderstorm." In reality, while the boy was wearing only a shirt, there was no storm

Delugas is the lawyer (pro bono) for the mom-

quote:

Moreover, DeLugas - who is working pro-bono for the Henderson family - argues that Georgia's own child protective guidelines say children can babysit at the age of 13 with a parent's permission.

'They claim that the same thing happened a year earlier,' DeLugas told FOX News. 'So you're saying a year earlier, she left her children in charge of her then 13-year-old, almost 14-year-old, and somehow two rights make a wrong.

'It wasn't wrong then, and it's not wrong now.'

He has now filed a motion to dismiss the case, Reason reports.

This is getting thrown out.

4 kids are a handful for adults.

I watched my 4 siblings a good bit when I was around 14. Definitely a handful but not bad enough for a mom to get arrested.

It says her ex-husband bailed her out so she's been married once at least. Only the oldest looks like she has a different sperm donor. The youngest 4 children probably have the same dad.

You know what's cool having a place for those kids to sleep everynight.
I agree 14 is hard but that neighbor who called the cops is an a-hole especially if they knew who the child belongs to

I’ve left my oldest when she was 14 with her five younger siblings - that’s ridiculous on the neighbor’s part

So the bar for being arrested is your kid not being inside twice? Pretty much every parent in existence would be arrested following that criteria.

Id start calling the cops on that brawd for anything remotely illegal for eternity if she pulled that nonsense. Why not call the mom and say “hey your son is at my house” and get it remedied that way instead of calling the GD cops?

ETA that brawd being the woman who called the police.
