So they have not sent report to DA yet and seem to be looking for statute that fits to avoid lawsuit. Arrest and then figure out what crime to charge with after?? Their initial post and press release made it very clear what they thought law was to justify arrest.

I just want to say I confirmed some stuff from talking to her on Facebook.
Her oldest son is 14. She says he didn't film the video. Rather it was shared with him on snapchat. (I dont really believe this, but its what she told me.

I kind of had lost track of this, but I just saw that on Tuesday the DA officially declined to pursue the criminal charge. The following day a group of attorneys sent out a press release about representing her in regards to her recent unlawful arrest.
