My generation
Some learned from their parents about just how hard it can be
Some were spoiled by their parents (often unintentionally) and never knew hardship
Generations since
More and more about the self than the surroundings and media / corporations are replacing real family and friends that had community as now it is all image and material things.
If you want to be rewarded with meaningful physical and emotional relationships you need to reward it, not punish it.

A woman with 50% of these demands will be single until she is 40 then will be miserable and start up the dating apps and realize she is low on the totem pole.
