I get that some don't like the get their hands dirty, but this is a DIY job for most people. I'd hate to pay someone $100 to install a battery (mobile mechanics are usually $100 minimum)

Do you have a 12v battery charger at home?
If so she can jump her car and drive to autoZone and they will do it for free

I have used my posket jumper so much, but never on my own car. It works great. All cars should just come with them. No one thinks it will work until it does.
