As God intended.

Don't you go besmirching Skyline's good name
Hard to "besmirch" water with a little flavoring. No meat, no beans...just cinnamon powder and water.

Meat only chili
To eat as a bowl of chili and not as a topping for something else? Never had it that way anywhere I've been.

People in Missouri don’t make or eat gumbo. It’s soup.

Authentic meat-only chili made with fire roasted Passila-Ancho and Chipotle peppers and with cubed, smoked brisket and no fricking beans is one of life's culinary pleasures.

Thank you. Good to see there is still some degree of sanity in this world.

Cajuns work harder than 99.9% of other humans they need all the protein they can get.

Basically, you are making a thick bean soup with tomatoes and ground beef.

Creole gumbo is superior to Cajun gumbo.
What most people outside the area consider Cajun is really creole.

Keep that slimy stuff out of my Gumbo sir.

Creole gumbo is superior to Cajun gumbo.
As someone who ate creole gumbo half my life, I emphatically say.
Eta cajun jambalaya is superior as well. Tomatoes are for red sauce.
