That hospital has particular standards and rules for the safety of patients and others in the work place
If she can't fulfill those standards maybe a different hospital or work place is in order.
No one should be bitching about the hospital, they did nothing wrong.

We require the flu shot for all employees. But we dont fire you for not getting it, we simply make you wear a mask anytime you enter our medical facilities if you refuse.

How did she get out of all the other vaccination requirements most hospitals have for their staff(MMR, etc) with her bullshite religious reason. I had to show proof of vaccination or get blood titers to show immunity before I could work at my hospital.

No, she wouldn't. It's a pre-condition to being hired.
It used to be at the hospital where I work, you had to wear a mask if you didn't want the injection. Now they've changed it. No flu shot, you can't work there.
It even applies to non-clinical workers in the building, such as me and my staff.

It doesn't. I assume this is a private hospital. They get to make the rules and you can go work somewhere else if you don't like it.
