I have long since ceased to wonder whether this is taking place. It's just a question of how far it will go.
We made a lot of progress from 1865 to 1965. Then, the Great Society kicked in, and we have been backpeddling hard ever since. It appears to be accelerating.

By definition the average IQ is 100. Blacks in the US routinely score in the 80s. I've never played a round of golf in a number that would touch these geniuses.

Google the Minnesota Adoption Experiment. It's where white MN families adopted black children at birth and raised them along with white and Asian adopted children.
At age 17, the whites scored 105. The Asians 110 and the blacks 84. That's raised in the same environment. I think the experiment went on for close to 30 years or so. But when the results were published, it was so scandalous that they had to shut it down.
