I'm looking up deaths at Angola and there is no pattern. Nothing showing child molesters getting killed particularly.

This is terrible on every single level. What’s worse is that if this was really an abduction for the purpose of selling these kids into child sex trafficking, the demons at the top of this food chain will NEVER get what’s coming to them.

Kill him already then let God sort out the rest. Every breath he takes is a breath he stole from that baby girl.

Ok. I’m not going to dispute you but let’s hope this sick pos doesn’t get the chance to find out. I say death penalty and make it quick.

Killing the mother is really bad already but why kill that baby???? I just don’t get why he would do that.

The problem is that the death penalty never is quickly applied anymore. The amount of appeals, requests for post-conviction relief, etc., has nullified the death penalty. In Louisiana, I am far more in favor of a conviction with life without parole.

suspect that the Mother caught the guy molesting her daughter, and it went down from there.

Maybe I misunderstood but wasn’t the human trafficking comment from findings at mom’s house?

Or was that his house?

Well the problem I have is that a death penalty case is BS. If a jury says death is warranted then the convicted gets zero appeals, zero last meal, zero time and goodbyes to any family. The victim(s) didn’t get any
Of that so why should the convicted?????

Well if I was one of those cops and knowing that he had alresdy killed the mother, and then saw that he killed that little girl, I would have had a hard time not pulling the trigger on this dude.

Lwop still comes with appeals and requests for post conviction relief. You've solved nothing by that change.

Here we go. Another example of our retarded and insufficient justice system is forthcoming.

This isn't the thread for the debate, nor is it a case of concern, but you better make damn sure you have the right person if you're talking about throwing away a person's right to appeal. Our government isn't particularly good at always getting the right person.

The chances of reversal, though, are far less than they are with a DP.

I get that… it could be a fine line. I don’t want an innocent person put to death. But my point is the victim was just an innocent person and didn’t get a chance for any appeals and stuff. I’m an eye for an eye guy.
